IPTV basics

What is IPTV, exactly?

What is 4K Streaming IPTV?

4K Streaming IPTV is a subscription-based streaming service delivered over the internet rather than through satellite or cable infrastructure. It gives you access to live channels and on-demand content through a compatible player app on the device of your choice, with support for up to 4K resolution where your plan, device, and source content allow it.

How does IPTV work?

IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) delivers video as data over your existing internet connection instead of a dedicated broadcast signal. After you subscribe, you receive activation details that you enter into a compatible player app, which then streams channels and content directly to your device.

4K streaming quality

Will everything I watch be in 4K?

No — 4K availability depends on the original source content. Some channels and programs are only available in HD or lower, regardless of the streaming service.

What internet speed do I need for 4K?

We recommend at least 25 Mbps of sustained download speed for smooth 4K playback, ideally over a wired connection.

Subscriptions

Subscription plans

What subscription plans are available?

We offer four plans: 1 Month ($14.99), 3 Months ($34.99), 6 Months ($54.99), and 12 Months ($79.99). Longer plans lower your effective monthly cost. Full details are on our Pricing page.

Trial

24-hour trial

What does the 24-hour trial include?

The 24-hour trial costs $1.00 and gives you 24 hours of access so you can test streaming quality, channel availability, and compatibility with your own device and internet connection before committing to a subscription plan.

Devices

Device compatibility

What devices are supported?

We support Smart TVs, Android TV and Google TV, Amazon Fire TV and Firestick, Android phones and tablets, iPhone and iPad, Windows, and macOS — using a compatible IPTV player app on each platform. See our Setup Guide for step-by-step instructions per device.

Compatibility

Playlist formats & multi-device use

What playlist formats do you support?

We support both M3U playlist URLs and Xtream Codes-style logins (username, password, and server URL), so you can use nearly any compatible IPTV player app on any supported device.

Do you support an EPG (program guide)?

Most compatible player apps load an electronic program guide automatically from your playlist or login details. If yours doesn't, check the app's settings for a manual EPG URL field — see our Setup Guide for details.

Can I use my subscription on more than one device at once?

Each plan is intended for use on one device at a time. If you need simultaneous multi-device access, contact us before subscribing to discuss options.

Setup

Setup & activation

How do I set up 4K Streaming IPTV?

Choose a plan or start the 24-hour trial, receive your activation details, install a compatible player app on your device, and enter your credentials or playlist URL. Our Setup Guide walks through each supported device in detail.

Internet

Internet requirements

Does IPTV use a lot of data?

Yes — streaming video, especially in 4K, uses significantly more data than browsing or standard-definition video. If you have a data cap, keep this in mind.

Billing

Do plans renew automatically?

Only if you explicitly choose a recurring option at checkout. Otherwise, access ends at the end of your paid term.
